A workflow is the configuration of Instnt Accept product platform that you will use in your integration. Instnt offers shortcuts to import and export workflows. For more information, please refer to the Quick Start Guide.
Export a workflow
Follow these steps to easily export a workflow to the Instnt dashboard. Custom fields can be exported, and please notes that these fields should not exceed a maximum length of 256 characters.
To export a workflow:
- Login Instnt Dashboard.
- Go to "Workflow" section.
- In the Workflow Box, Click the "Download" button
near the bottom-left corner.
Import a workflow
Follow these steps to easily import a workflow to the Instnt dashboard.
To import a workflow:
- Login Instnt Dashboard.
- Go to "Workflows" section.
- Click the "Import Workflow" button near the top-right corner.
- Select the workflow you want to upload, then follow the onscreen instructions.
- In the security section, set up the trusted domains. For more information, please refer to the Data Encryption and Decryption.
- Review your workflow, Click the "Import Workflow" button near the button-right corner.
Note: If a workflow file is not supported, an alert message appears telling you which action is unsupported.
