- Improved Phone Verification
We’ve upgraded our phone verification process to enhance accuracy and reliability. This update also introduces new phone verification reason codes for clearer results. - Address Field Accuracy - depreciated AddressLine2
Address fields will now show more accurate and consistent location data. - Dashboard Navigation Update
The Policies menu now appears first when you log in. If you don’t have any policies yet, you’ll see a message guiding you to contact your Instnt Account Manager for setup.
